Healthy and organic gourmet muesli recipe

What could be better than making your own homemade muesli? It's a delicious and healthy recipe that is sure to please the whole family! Today we suggest you make your muesli with dried fruits to replenish your energy in the morning or at the time of the snack break. The recipe (about 200g of gourmet muesli) is ready in 15 minutes and just waiting to be devoured.

 Muesli recipe

For this recipe you will need:

  • 100g of oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable drink
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary honey
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame or coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of oilseeds (almonds, walnuts) and seeds (sesame, squash )
  • dark chocolate chips, cranberries or raisins

The homemade muesli recipe

Combine the oats in a bowl with the vegetable drink of your choice until they are slightly soft. Add the oilseeds, honey, oil and seeds. Spread everything on a baking sheet after having placed a baking sheet . Your muesli should not exceed 1cm in thickness, at the risk of not browning evenly. Bake at 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Stir from time to time so that all the preparation is golden brown. Take out of the oven and add the chocolate chips or dried fruit once cooled. Store it in an airtight glass jar for up to two weeks after preparation.
